Miami homes are for sale in record numbers, real estate agent are reporting very high stock levels due to the current slow market conditions. International buyers may be the ones who keep the prices from falling to far, despite foreclosures rates at almost double this same time last year. Home buyers are out there but are shopping for deals, it’s very much a buyers market right now and there is plenty of pain. Agents are forecasting a stronger market decline than they first expected. One lender Countrywide Financial Group has said it’s mortgage fundings are down to 44% on the same time last year.
